Process Automation
Beyond single tasks, whole processes can run themselves. We redesign and automate complete workflows — approvals, handoffs, notifications, escalations — so work moves through your organization without chasing emails, spreadsheets, and sticky notes.
What you get
- Work moves through the full process without manual handoffs
- Every step is tracked, timestamped, and auditable
- Bottlenecks surface automatically instead of at deadline time
Typical timeline: 3–8 weeks per workflow, depending on integrations
What We Do
Process Automation, in four capabilities
Workflow Design
We model your process end-to-end — inputs, decision points, approvals, exception paths — and strip out the steps that only exist because “that’s how it’s always been done.”
API Integration
We connect your systems directly: ERP, CRM, HR, finance, logistics portals, and third-party services. Data flows system-to-system without anyone re-typing it.
Custom Development
Where platforms end, custom code begins. We build the services, schedulers, and connectors that make the complete process run — including the odd legacy system nothing else talks to.
Process Optimization
Automation is measured, not assumed. We instrument cycle times and throughput, then tune the process until the numbers meet the business case.

149 clicks and 7 minutes of manual publishing per run — now one unattended workflow
Resort sales team automates product launches across every booking channel
A resort's sales system team maintained rates and packages in a SharePoint product master — then re-keyed them by hand into the sales channel platform to launch, extend, or withdraw products across three hotel properties. We automated the whole chain: the robot exports the master data, validates it, works out which of eight scenario workflows each change needs, executes it end to end in the portal, and reports by email — delivered in two phases, with the first already signed off.

DHL invoices land in NetSuite as freight bills — end to end, unattended
A global consumer brand's freight invoices lived behind a carrier portal: finance logged into DHL by hand, searched invoices in a date range, downloaded CSVs and justification files — then re-entered the same data into NetSuite as freight cost bills. We automated the whole chain. An unattended robot works the DHL portal every 15 minutes, a scheduled NetSuite import turns the CSV into bills, and every run verifies itself and reports by email.

Fire safety services firm automates certificate generation end-to-end
A fire safety services firm certified inspections by typing client data into official certificate PDFs — slow, error-prone, and repeated for every inspection. We built two automations: one mines years of legacy forms into a single validated master list; the other watches each team's input folder around the clock, validates every row, fills the official certificate template, updates the master list, and emails the result — a certificate every 15 minutes without anyone touching the keyboard.

Restaurant group reconciles cash-coupon redemptions across two systems
A quick-service restaurant group's finance team reconciled redeemed cash coupons every month by hand: download the coupon redemption report from the Aigens e-payment portal, lift out the discount IDs, log into the group intranet to run the matching transaction reconciliation report, then eyeball the two against historical records for variances. We built a robot that runs the whole monthly cycle — both downloads, the ID handoff between systems, the database update, the variance check, and an emailed summary report — with a target of cutting processing time per item by 80%.

Restaurant group automates daily CCTV health checks across every shop
A quick-service restaurant group's IT team checked every shop's CCTV system by hand — logging into each shop's recorder, checking the hard disks and remaining recording time, then eyeballing every camera's image for faults. We built a robot that tours the whole shop list daily: it logs in, verifies disk health and recording duration, snapshots every camera, flags all-black images, and scores each snapshot against its reference photo — then files a per-shop, per-camera summary and emails the result.

Luxury fashion house automates proforma invoice retrieval and delivery
A luxury fashion house's finance team answered store requests for proforma invoices by hand: read each request email, search the intranet for the invoice, download the PDF, then reply to the requester store, the consignee store, and the market logistics contacts on both sides — about two days per request, every day. We built a robot that picks up every request from the mailbox, finds and downloads the invoice, sends the replies, and keeps the status log current — with every exception surfaced, never dropped.

Multi-brand fashion group automates payment and settlement reporting
A multi-brand fashion group's finance team logged into the Adyen payment portal separately for each brand's merchant accounts, downloaded payment and settlement reports one merchant at a time, then merged the CSVs into Excel by hand — every week and every month. We built a robot that runs the whole cycle: login per brand, export per merchant, merge into a single workbook per report, with a log of anything skipped.

Logistics provider automates shipment booking forms end to end
An international logistics and transport provider's ops team logged into the shipper's TMS portal twice a day and worked every booking by hand — copying details, filling booking and battery declaration forms, downloading invoice and packing-list PDFs, and keeping a summary spreadsheet. We built an unattended robot that runs the entire flow: capture, form filling, document handling, filing, the daily summary, retries, and exception alerts.

Apparel brands' tech packs tracked and compared across PLM portals — automatically
Product teams had to watch several PLM portals for updated tech packs, download PDFs and images by hand, and compare old against new versions themselves. We built an unattended robot fleet — 10 robots running 7×24 — that logs into each portal, spots every modification, downloads and versions each tech pack and its images, produces detailed change-comparison reports, and emails each team its own summary.

Recruitment team automates CV screening with AI scoring
Recruiters were posting to each job portal by hand and reading every CV one by one. We built them an internal Talent Intelligence Workspace that posts everywhere at once, reads every CV with AI, scores candidates against weights the recruiters control, and keeps every profile searchable for the next opening.

Common questions
What’s the difference between process automation and RPA?
RPA automates tasks inside existing applications by operating their interfaces. Process automation redesigns the whole workflow — systems, people, approvals, and notifications — and often combines APIs, custom services, and bots. Most end-to-end programs use both.
Can automation handle approvals and exceptions?
Yes. Human-in-the-loop is built in: approvals route to the right person with full context, and exceptions queue for review with everything the reviewer needs. The robot does the carrying; your people do the deciding.
How do we keep track of everything once it’s automated?
Every automated process ships with a live dashboard: volume, cycle time, exceptions, and SLA status. You gain visibility most manual processes never had.
Ready to put process automation to work?
Tell us about the process that’s costing you the most time. We’ll come back with an honest assessment of what automation can and can’t do for it.
