Corporate Training
Hands-on enablement for business and IT teams: from RPA fundamentals, where citizen developers ship their first working processes, to Agentic Automation — AI agents, LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and the guardrails that keep them safe. Courses are taught on your systems and your processes, so skills transfer on day one.
What you get
- Your team automates its own back-office processes — safely
- One curriculum from RPA fundamentals to AI-agent workflows
- Trained on your real systems and processes, not toy examples
Typical timeline: 2–5 day workshops or multi-week programs
What We Do
Corporate Training, in four capabilities
RPA Fundamentals
Citizen-developer bootcamps: how to spot a good automation candidate, then build, test, and ship the first process in UiPath or Power Automate — with standards that keep it maintainable.
Agentic Automation Enablement
Where AI agents beat traditional RPA — judgment-heavy, document- and language-based work — and how to build them: tool use, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
Prompt Engineering & AI Skills
Practical LLM skills for the office: extraction, drafting, and classification workflows, plus the validation habits that keep output accurate enough to trust.
CoE & Governance Setup
The operating model around the skills: standards, a pipeline for new automation ideas, access control, and guardrails so automation scales without becoming a liability.

FAQ
Common questions
Do participants need a coding background?
Not for the RPA fundamentals track — it's designed for business users. The agent-builder track benefits from basic scripting, and we offer both a business and a technical stream in the same program.
Can the training use our own processes and systems?
We insist on it. The capstone is a real process from your backlog, built against your own environments — participants leave with working automation, not just certificates.
What's the difference between RPA and Agentic Automation — which should we learn?
RPA automates deterministic, rule-based steps across systems; agents handle judgment-heavy, language- and document-based work. Most teams need both, and the curriculum maps exactly when to use which.
